  • After training at PKW, you will feel results after our first session. Seeing the difference on the scale or in the mirror may take up to 2-4 weeks of consistently training. It typically takes 2-3 months of consistent training to make significant changes to your strength levels, mobility, metabolism and body composition.

  • I love Fitness because it doesn’t happen overnight, but if you put the work in each week, the results will follow! The most effective habits to optimize fat loss and muscle growth are to prioritize getting quality sleep (6-8 hours/night), cutting out alcohol, managing stress, proper nutrition, getting 6-10k steps daily, staying hydrated, and being consistent with your strength training every week.

  • Typical training frequency for my clients varies from 2-4x/week.

  • Each session is 50 minutes in length. Within these 50 minutes, we will warm-up and mobilize the joints and connective tissues, potentiate the muscle group(s) of the day to prepare for exercise, and train the targeted muscle group with a variety of compound and isolated movements with an emphasis on proper form, movement quality, balance, coordination, strength and power.

  • We currently accept zelle, venmo, cash app, Square (3.5% Processing fee applies), ACH wire transfers and cashiers checks.

  • No! There are no additional membership costs or hidden fees!

  • Unfortunately, you can not utilize the facility outside of your scheduled session time. This helps keep the space available for the other trainers and ensures the facility never gets too crowded.

  • Yes! We are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with an abundance of parking! I do recommend coming 5 minutes early just in case the studio is busier than usual. Typically mornings and evenings are busiest.
