  • "I started working with Brandon back in 2019 to help me train and prep for my first body building competition. I had been struggling to train on my own, and was in desperate need of help at only 8 weeks out from my show. Brandon put together a great training regimen for me, and I ended up placing third and fourth in my divisions. I continued working with Brandon after my competition and changed my fitness goals to put on more size and muscle. Brandon created a whole new training plan and provided me with dieting advice and I was successfully able to put on a considerable amount of muscle, and have maintained it since. All my life I have struggled to put on size, so I was incredibly impressed with the results I achieved from working with Brandon. I have since competed in a second body building show under Brandon’s guidance, placing second and third in my divisions, and look forward to working with him on many more in the future. Brandon is a phenomenal trainer. He creates challenging and effective workouts that keep your body guessing. He takes the time to explain movements and correct form to help you remain injury free. After each movement, he asks how you are doing/feeling and adjusts the movement accordingly to your needs. He also takes the time to develop meaningful relationships with his clients asking me about my day, how work is going, etc. I have worked with many trainers in the past, and I can honestly say that Brandon is hands down the best I have ever worked with.   • "Although I’ve been weightlifting for 4 years now, I’ve made the most progress at the quickest rate this past year with Brandon’s help. Before training with Brandon, I wanted to gain muscle (especially in my lower body), but I had a hard time pushing myself and wasn’t 100% confident in my form.   • "Brandon was a great personal trainer when I lived in San Mateo. He was reasonably priced, he introduced me to weight training and helped me build a great exercise habit. Maybe half year in the training, my body figure was showing really noticeable changes, a lot of my coworkers and friends were asking me what's my secret workout routine haha.
